CEO

Sha has over 15 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, ranging from commercial roles to technical,  Quality Control, formulation, and manufacturing roles.

This isn't Sha's first business venture, he has previously built a successful contract laboratory and other ventures.

Quality Assurance Manager

Desi's background is broad-ranging; her areas of expertise include Quality Control, Technical and Quality Assurance. She has prior experience of setting up a contract laboratory, and is responsible for designing, implementing and managing Aspire's Quality Management System.

Quality Assurance Officer

Tayyaba is an experienced Quality Control (QC) and Microbiological Testing Specialist with five years of experience at the company. She has developed strong skills in both QC and micro testing, ensuring product quality and safety. Known for her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, Tayyaba excels in maintaining high standards and addressing microbial risks which promoted her to a QA position. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and is renowned for her unbeatable home-cooked brownies.

QC Analyst

Hemanshu Patel is a skilled Quality Control (QC) Analyst at Aspire Laboratories, dedicated to ensuring product quality and safety. He specializes in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and Karl Fischer Titration (KF), accurately analysing complex mixtures and measuring moisture content to meet stringent standards. 

Outside of work, Hemanshu is an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club, passionately following their matches and enjoying the camaraderie of being a dedicated fan. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing FIFA online, humorously noting his frequent losses but valuing the fun and competitive spirit the game brings.

QC Analyst

Sam is a QC analyst with a degree in BSc Chemistry (Class 2020) and joins us from another GMP laboratory. She is very passionate about the development of new analytical methods and analytical transfer work. She is also a very passionate supporter of West Ham!

Office Admin 

Shahla is semi retired and supports Aspire with its admin duties.

She has had a busy life raising triplets and enjoys spending time with her family

QC Analyst

A highly experienced Quality Control Analyst with extensive expertise in HPLC troubleshooting, method development, and validation. Adept at identifying and resolving complex chromatographic issues, ensuring accurate and reliable analytical results. With a proven track record of optimising analytical methods and validating robust procedures, this professional is skilled in driving efficiency and maintaining quality compliance. A dedicated and proactive team player, they bring a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement, making them a valuable asset to any organisation. 

QC Lab technician

Judi, a graduate of Kingston University, is a dedicated Lab Technician known for her precision and problem-solving skills. Her role involves sample preparation, equipment maintenance, and assisting with quality checks, ensuring seamless laboratory operations.

Outside of work, Judi enjoys solving puzzles, building intricate Lego creations, and exploring true crime shows and podcasts—hobbies that highlight her attention to detail and curiosity. Her passion for accuracy and efficiency makes her an invaluable member of our team.

Junior QC Microbiologist

Manjari is an emerging talent in the field of microbiology, equipped with an impressive academic background and a passion for scientific discovery. She holds two Master’s degrees and a Bachelor’s degree, including one in Molecular & Applied Microbiology.

As a Junior Microbiologist, Manjari plays a vital role in supporting key microbiological processes, including sample analysis, quality control, and laboratory research. Her dual expertise allows her to approach challenges with a unique perspective, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every task she undertakes.

Junior QC Analyst 

A recent Forensic Science graduate from Keele University, Wonjoon possesses a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail. 

Wonjoon has worked with AI-generated responses, contributing to the development and analysis of over 3kAI-generated outputs. 

Fluent in both English and Korean, Wonjoon excels in cross-cultural communication and adaptability, making him well-suited for international collaborations. Outside of his professional interests, he enjoys reading and travelling, always seeking new knowledge and experiences to broaden his perspective.

QC Lab cleaner

Lana is a meticulous QC Lab Cleaner at Aspire Laboratories, dedicated to maintaining a pristine and safe environment essential for laboratory operations. With a keen eye for detail, Lana ensures all workspaces meet rigorous cleanliness standards, supporting accurate and uncontaminated testing results. Her duties include sanitizing surfaces, managing waste disposal, and adhering strictly to cleaning protocols crucial for maintaining quality control measures.
